Are your products safe for those with allergies?

Unfortunately, no. Our bakery environment does contain peanut, tree nut, wheat, sesame, dairy, soy and egg products. Although we do our absolute best at cleaning between batches to avoid cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that a product has not come into contact with allergens. Therefore, our baked goods are not appropriate for those with life-threatening allergies. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.

Do you offer WIFI?

Yes we do! Free WIFI is available to our customers who would like to sit and enjoy their treats!

Where do you source your flour from?

Our flours are purchased from the Milanaise Flour Mill in Milan, QC. They source organically grown grains from both Ontario and Quebec, or from western Canada when not available locally.

Can we place advance orders?

Although most of our business is "walk in's", you are welcome to reserve items for pick up. If you would like to place an advance order, please place it either in store or via email to

To guarantee an order, it must be placed the day prior by 4pm and must be accompanied by a phone number. Any orders sent after 4pm will not be received in time. You will receive confirmation via email asap letting you know that we've received your order. Exceptionally large orders require 48 hours notice please.
We request your phone number only because occasionally orders are forgotten and not picked up, in which case, we give you a call in the later afternoon to give you a reminder. :)
We do not accept orders by telephone message or by social media. Apologies!
We accept cash, credit (MC/VISA only, NO Amex), or debit.

Please note around the holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter), we set a one week ordering deadline ahead of time. We will post these deadlines on the news page to give you ample notice.

Do you have parking available?

Yes, we do have a parking lot large enough to accommodate approximately 10 vehicles. We ask that you please not park on the grass. If overflow parking is needed, you are welcome to park on the street without charge.

If you choose to park across the street at the Mr Gas parking lot, please be forewarned that they only allow a 15 min limit and will tow vehicles after that time.

Parking is for customers only. Overnight and carpool parking is not permitted on our property, and all vehicles parked long-term without permission will be towed at owner's risk and expense.

Do you slice bread?

No, apologies at the moment we do not have an automated bread slicer. We would like to get one in the future though.

Do you make hot dog or hamburger buns?

Yes! We do make hamburger and hot dog buns throughout the summer months. Usually from May to September.

What is the best way of storing your bread?

Generally larger loaves, and especially sourdough loaves keep better than smaller yeasted loaves.
And a dough that is fermented slowly over 24 hours will further improve the keeping quality of the finished loaf, yeasted or sourdough.
Our larger breads will keep well for 3-5 days stored at room temperature. Ideally, an unglazed ceramic or wooden bread box is best to allow the bread to breathe. Alternatively, you can successfully keep bread stored in a paper bag and then loosely wrap in plastic on your counter.
We would advise against storing bread in your fridge, as it will stale it faster.
You can also freeze our bread successfully wrapped in plastic for up to 3 months. Cut bread will develop freezer burn faster than whole loaves, but you can still freeze sliced bread for a short period of time.

Do you cater?

No, apologies we do not offer catering. We offer mini croissants ($13.75 per dozen) and mini pains au chocolat ($15.00 per dozen) that are perfect for special for events such as baby showers, bridal showers, etc. However we are not able to offer delivery. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for such orders. Please email with your name, order details, date, and phone number.

Can I freeze your products?

Yes, you can freeze our breads, croissants, and other pastries successfully. With all frozen products, allow to thaw at its own rate; do not microwave or force thawing in your oven, as you may dry it out.
To restore the crust of bread and croissants, crisp in the oven at 400F for 5 min or so. If looking to restore a single slice of bread, simply pop in the toaster.
Muffins and cookies generally do not need to be recrisped.
Thawed pies can be reheated in the oven at 350F for 10-20 min until warm.
