March 2022: Pricing Updates
We wanted to give you a heads up that as of Monday February 28th, some of our prices will be updated.
Changes will affect some of our pastries and savoury pies. Know that we still make everything in house from scratch, by hand, with organic flours and always using butter. We use locally raised meats from different farmers and producers, and even raising some of the pork ourselves.
We love you guys and we know it's an adjustment that affects everyone. Its not an easy subject to raise. Baking just isn't getting any cheaper. There have been some pretty hefty increases to our ingredient and packaging costs that we can no longer ignore. Butter alone has gone up 25%! And the majority of our packaging has gone up 50% in just the last year.
These changes will continue to support higher wages for our team and allow this little bakery to stick around longterm. We love your support and we're here if you want to talk about it.
