A French Canadian classic. These are made from scratch, by hand, with so much love! They are made with a mix of ground beef and ground pork sourced from Lavergne Western Beef in Navan, onions, garlic, and breadcrumbs. We lightly spice them with cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, savoury, sea salt and black pepper. The crust is made with organic white flour, butter, eggs, sea salt, lemon juice, and organic cane sugar.
Available freshly baked or frozen raw from Thursdays to Sundays. On Wednesdays available frozen raw only (with baking instructions).
