These pies are a family tradition. They were first made by Isaac's mother, Chantal. She started baking pies for the bakery back when we first opened at the farmer's market in Cumberland. There she made just a dozen or so pies, and now she makes close to 300 a week! They are made fresh every day and available from Thursdays to Sundays.
We vary the flavours weekly, offering two unique flavours each week in rotation with the seasons. Our fruits we source locally when possible, for example we use strawberries and maple syrup from Proulx Farm just down the street. And we use sour cherries from Warner's Farm in Niagara. Apples are sourced from Oka, QC.
