Our bumbleberry pie is definitely one of our summer favourites. Made with raspberries, blackberries, wild blueberries, and Proulx Farm strawberries (when available). We make this pie to be slightly runny when warmed up, but barely firm when at room temperature.

HOW TO SERVE: Both enjoyable if warmed in the oven at 350F for 15-20 minutes, or if served at room temperature. Even better served with dollop of whipped cream or ice cream! A large 9" pie gives 6 - 8 servings. Small 6" serves 2 - 3.
STORAGE: Keeps well at room temperature for up to 2 days, or 4 - 6 days if refrigerated. Freezes successfully if wrapped well for up to 3 months. To serve, let thaw, and warm in the oven at 350F for 20 - 25 minutes.
