Egg bread is much like challah. It is a soft bread lightly enriched with eggs and canola oil. Available plain, or covered in poppy seeds or sesame seeds.
Wonderful for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Makes fantastic french toast, or great for sandwiches.
Ingredients: unbleached white flour, eggs, sunflower and/or canola oil, sugar, fresh yeast, sea salt (dairy free)
