This is a lovely medium-dark rye loaf perfect for sandwiches, serving with soup, and mopping up a hearty stew. It is made with 40% dark rye flour and 60% white winter wheat flour. Offered plain or with caraway seeds. It is leavened with mainly sourdough culture, and a small amount of fresh yeast.
This loaf comes out of the oven around 8:30 - 9:00 am on a daily basis.
