A French Canadian classic. These are made from scratch, by hand, with so much love! They are made with a mix of ground beef and ground pork sourced from Lavergne Western Beef in Navan, onions, garlic, and breadcrumbs. We lightly spice them with cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, savoury, sea salt and black pepper. The crust is made with organic white flour, butter, eggs, sea salt, lemon juice, and organic cane sugar.

Baking directions: Let thaw. Brush with egg wash (1 egg whisked up). Bake at 375F for 45 - 60 min. Filling is cooked, so bake to desired colour. Convection ovens may bake faster. You can bake from frozen, it will just take longer, up to 1 hr 20 min depending on oven.
